What was once an actual berry farm is now 160 acres of world class rides, unique family shows and one of a kind attractions. Knott's is located just 10 minutes from Disneyland Park and 30 minutes from both John Wayne/Orange County Airport and downtown Los Angeles. The Park is situated on Beach Blvd. in Buena Park, one mile south of the 91 (Artesia) Freeway and two miles south of the 5 (Santa Ana) Freeway.
Knott's Theme Park is open every day except Christmas Day.
Opening and closing times vary by season. Hours are extended during holiday periods and summer evenings (May through Labor Day). Hours can be found here.

Convenient exit and re-entry is available throughout the day of your visit by the hand-stamp provided upon exit of Theme park.
Shopper's Passes (no charge for 45 minutes) are available at Guest Relations with a deposit equal to general admission.

Knott's Guest Services provides a variety of services to Guests including: Lost and Found and a variety of visitor information services are available through the Information Center located at the Grand Entrance.
Amateur Radio Repeater
The Knott's Berry Farm Amateur Radio Club is happy to provide guests who are Amateur Radio operators visiting the Knott's Resort access to the club's repeater, K6KBF. The repeater frequency is 445.520 (-) with a PL of 85.4 Hz.
Knott's has a dress code that is designed to maintain the Park's family atmosphere by disallowing clothing generally considered offensive. Profanity, suggestive pictures and pictures of illegal substances on clothing are also prohibited. For your safety, shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, including entering and leaving the Theme Park.
Knott's Berry Farm has a First Aid station located in Ghost Town near the Ghost Town Bakery. The First Aid Station offer the convenience of warming bottles and providing privacy for nursing. Medications that need refrigeration can also be stored there.
Baby-Changing and Nursing Stations are available in the California MarketPlace and Camp Snoopy

Guests With Special Needs
Accommodations have been made throughout Knott's Theme Park for our guests with special needs. A Guest Assistance Pass is required for modified waiting times to attractions. A Guest Assistance Pass may be obtained at the Information Center located behind the grand entrance to the theme park. Wheelchair usage does not guarantee a Guest Assistance Pass. Knott's has created a Rider Safety Guide that provides information on wheelchair and non-ambulatory guest access to rides and attractions. The Guide is also available by contacting Knott's Guest Services, P.O. Box 5002, Buena Park, CA 90622-5002, (714) 220-5220. While at the Park you may also inquire at Knott's Information Center.
All passenger restraint systems, including lap bars, shoulder harnesses and seatbelts, must be positioned, fastened and tightened to allow guests to ride. Due to rider restraint system requirements, guests of exceptional size may not be accommodated on some of our rides. This may apply, but not be limited to, males who exceed 6'2", and those who exceed 225 pounds, have a 40" waistline or 52" chest or females who exceed 200 pounds or wear size 18 or larger. Each person has different body proportions, so it is impossible to determine exact size and weight. Maximum recommended weight limits are posted on most Knott's Berry Farm Theme Park and Soak City attractions. You may enter the ride via the exit to ensure the restraints function properly prior to waiting in line.
For added convenience, Knott's Berry Farm offers a rental fleet of Manual Wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) that may be rented on a one-day basis. Overnight or multiple rental days are not available. Rentals are available inside Ghost Town next to the Geode Shop for Manual Wheelchairs and are on a first-come, first-served basis. ECV rentals are also available only at the Front Rental Center. If guests are in need of these convenience items, we strongly recommend that they provide their own. There is absolutely no guarantee that vehicle choice will be available upon arrival on the day of their visit. A deposit is required for manual wheelchair and ECV rental. The deposit is returned when the guest returns the rented item to the rental location. Driver's license cannot be left in lieu of deposit. Credit cards are accepted for rentals and deposits.
Reservations for ECVs are available for overnight resort guests, but in limited quantity depending on fleet availability. Reservations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance by calling (714) 220-5495. Once the reservation list is filled, no more reservations will be accepted. Guests without reservations may inquire as to vehicle availability at the Front Rental Center on the day of visit. If a vehicle is not available, guests may leave their name and cell phone number to be called for the next available vehicle. Please note: ECVs are very popular and may be "sold out" and no vehicles will be available. Important information about ECVs: Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to operate this vehicle. Operators between the ages of 16 and 21 must have a valid driver's license and signature for parental consent. ECVs are for single riders only with a weight limit of 325 lbs. Additional riders of any age are not permitted. ECVs may not be operated in rainy conditions and will not be rented to guest during rain showers.

There are four automated teller machines at Knott's Berry Farm. They are located at the Grand Entrance to the park, next to the ticket booths, one next to the Candy Cottage in the Boardwalk area, one at Toppers, and one at Peppermint Patties.
Credit Cards accepted for admission and at most shops and restaurants include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club & JCB.
Foreign Currency Exchange And Gift Certificates

Lockers are available for a nominal rental fee inside the park in Ghost Town.
Lost & Found
All items found at Knott's Berry Farm are turned in to our Lost & Found Department (Information Center at the Grand Entrance). If you lose an item on a ride, we will search for the article as soon as possible. For safety reasons, and in order to keep the ride in operation, an immediate search may not be possible. Please visit Lost & Found to complete paperwork to ensure your item is returned to you if it is found. All found property turned in to the Lost and Found Department is returned to its rightful owner if proper identification can be established. If you lost an item at Knott's Berry Farm during your visit, you may call our General Phone Number (714) 220-5220 to contact our Lost and Found Office. Annual Pass IDs turned in to Lost & Found are taken to the Information Center located at the Grand Entrance.
For the comfort of all park guests, smoking is permitted in designated areas only. The designated smoking areas are at the following locations: near Grand Entrance, near Jaguar, near Perilous Plunge, and near Western Entrance.
Animals are not allowed inside the Park, except seeing-eye and hearing dogs.
Unauthorized items not allowed in the park include radios, cassette recorders, sleeping bags, luggage, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, and coolers. Wagons used as strollers and coolers containing baby food are allowed. Additionally, no outside food items will be allowed to be brought inside Knott's Theme Park (or Soak City Waterpark). Please note that all backpacks, purses and bags will be inspected upon entrance at the Main Gate. Small insulated coolers, no larger than 1' x 1' x 1' with water and/or sports drinks only.
